His work is inspired by popular tradition, starting from open approaches, playing with analogies, using "primordial images" or archetypes, and in the same process taking advantage of error and the unexpected. The result in his works are fantastic images and characters that can take us back to childhood narratives.

Furthermore, some of his works reference "brut art," the primitive, underground comics, and children's drawing.
